He is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) International, and a founding member of the Washington Executives Association. Shawn O’Sullivan, Field Service Manager With over 15 years of experience, Shawn brings a wealth of expertise in service< and installation, as well as a dedication to helping clients respond and adapt to changing needs. Shawns technical knowledge spans critical repairs and installations, to innovative automation and building management solutions. Kristen Brown, Corporate Controller During her 15 year tenure at Trimark Mechanical, Mrs. Brown has been integral to overseeing and improving our processes around finance, accounting, and human resources. She collaborates with Yolanda, Susan, and Teri in ensuring clients receive timely accurate invoicing, detailed financial reporting and real-time communication. Mrs. Brown holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from George Mason University. He works closely with dozens of clients, many of whom serve the community as churches, schools, daycares, and medical facilities, to help guide decisions around HVAC maintenance and replacement. Devon O’Sullivan, Office Service Manager With over a decade of experience, Devon brings a strong background in customer service and a dedication to addressing your needs with speed and attention-to-detail. Devon’s past work includes managing teams and client relationships at HVAC Unlimited and Commercial Express. Derek Skender, Project Coordinator Derek has spent the last 12 years in the HVAC industry, after serving in the U.S. 3rd Infantry since 1990. His focus on service, attention to detail, and emphasis on customer satisfaction make him the perfect addition to the Trimark Mechanical team. Maria Newman, Preventative Maintenance Coordinator With an eye for detail and customer satisfaction, Maria takes care of the preventive maintenance aspect of our mechanical division. She handles scheduling and organization of all preventive maintenance tasks for our clients. Staying in close touch with our technicians, Maria ensures that all maintenance is done efficiently and professionally.
